Admission Procedure

Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria set out in the prescribed program can apply for admission. The admission application form must be filled online following the instructions.

  1. The virtual system allots each applicant a unique Application Reference Number (ARN), which must be noted for later use.
  2. CNIC/B Form number is compulsorily required for the registration. CNIC mismatching will result in rejection of admission form.
  3. The Candidate will confirm that information entered in the Admission Application Form is correct. In case of incorrect information, the Institute has all the rights to cancel the application/admission without any fee refund.
  4. The Candidate will deposit the Application Fee in the titled Bank. Fee is non-refundable/adjustable.
  5. Candidates applying on the basis of having ‘A’ levels or foreign diplomas/degrees are required to provide equivalence certificate from Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC), Islamabad. (http://www.ibcc.edu.pk/) and Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Note:

All fees are subject to revision.
All Institute dues (admission, registration tuition fee, etc.) shall have to be paid in advance in each semester.
Tuition fee may increase in subsequent semester.
Security fee will be converted in degree fee at the end of programs.

Payment of Dues

• The student will be required to register / enroll the courses through portal using their official email address and enroll the course.
• After the successful enrollment of courses, semester fee voucher will be available for its downloading and printing. The Institute Fee Voucher will be downloaded by the student logging into MIS user ID.
• The student will print the semester fee voucher and pay the semester fee by the due date at cash counter of any branch of Bank Alfalah Ltd.
• All registered students of the Institute should deposit their semester fee and allied charges in advance on due date before commencement of classes of that semester, thereafter, fine/penalty will be charged as per the Institute policy.
• The students are to ensure the followings: –
• Submission of original copy of paid fee voucher to the Treasurer office – Collection section of the Institute
• Submission of the copy of paid fee voucher through WhatsApp and email to the following:-

• In case the student fails to submit his original copy of paid fee voucher to the account office, his/her name will appear in the list of student with outstanding dues.
THIS IS ISSUED WITH THE APPROVAL OF COMPETENT AUTHORITY.

Late Payment Fine

Late payment fine is levied on the entire outstanding fee (current as well as arrears). It is charged at the rate of Rs 100.00 per day for every thousand rupees. Registration is suspended two months after the due date for delay payment of fee.

Fee Refund Policy

  1. Application Fee is non-refundable.
  2. Security deposit is refundable at the time of completion of degree
  3. The candidate / student who apply for cancellation of admission will be refunded tuition fee according to the HEC Policy letter No. 10-1/HEC/A&C/2012/94 dated 11th September, 2012.

Days shall be counted including working days and holidays.

After declaration of result, admission of a student stands cancelled if he/she fails to meet the required eligibility requirement for admission. The fee refund is calculated from the date of his/her result announcement.

Fee can be paid using of the following method:

Print the challan form and then visit any nearest Alfalah Bank branch for cash deposit.

Scholarships/Fee Concession

10 % Scholarships/fee concessions are granted to deserving students.
